I was utterly intrigued if a little bemused by the pyramid concept but I was hooked immediately. It is an extremely powerful visual tool I use to understand scenarios and set goals.
The Pyramids make communicating these goals very easy and assessing our achievement of them crystal clear. I have never used a more powerful tool to focus priorities in our business or for myself.
I do think it is one of the best articulated frameworks I have ever seen.
A simple yet multi-faceted and highly versatile concept has been particularly useful to me in my career as a Non- Executive Director and Business Coach. Clients gain significant clarity in what their key drivers are and how they and others fit within the overall organisation.
